The Data Analyst will support the organization’s mission by collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to inform decision-making, improve outcomes, and demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze program and client data from ETO and other sources to produce accurate reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance and client outcomes.
- Generate custom reports and visualizations for program staff, funders, and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational and funder requirements.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights for program evaluation and strategic planning.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection tools and processes within ETO.
Other
- This role is primarily remote. 1-2 onsite days monthly in the Baltimore area
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Prior experience working in a nonprofit
- Collaborate with program managers and leadership to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
