This role will be fully responsible for the full cycle commissions desk from commission enrollment, calculations, analytics and reporting, focusing on continuous process improvements of commission payout, risk management and compliances in accordance to corporate policies and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Fully manage end-to-end commission processes including commission enrollment, calculations, analytics, reporting, and data visualization
- Possess medium level of PowerBI skills and be able to build comprehensive PoweBI dashboards with limited guidance
- Conduct complex financial analyses based on historical trend and come up with solutions that support quick and intelligent informed decision making
- Support month-end, quarter end and year end closing processes related to commissions
- Assist with key stakeholders with commission related tasks by leveraging PowerBI and Tabluea with limited guidance
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on historical commission trend analysis
- Ability to create and manage SAP BOBJ and S4 reports
