Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or higher
- Experience with Cognos reporting
- Working knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA
- Proficient with user stories and agile ceremonies, principles, and frameworks
- Experience working with data reporting applications
- Experience working with business clients and technical staff to drive the development of business and technical requirements
- Experience working independently within guidelines to develop and execute projects
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test scripts and test cases, data sets, and user procedures
- Drive the development of business and technical requirements
- Work with business clients and technical staff to develop business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain Business System and Process Change / Design Documents
- Write Business Requirements Documents, System Design, Training Documents, and Process Flow Charts
- Work independently within guidelines to develop and execute projects
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop and implement technical solutions
Other
- Must have four (4) or more years of experience as a business analyst
- Must have seven (7) or more years of experience writing Business System and Process Change / Design Documents
- Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaborative skills
- Must be service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
