Deel is seeking to optimize product strategies, enhance customer experiences, and improve analytics capabilities by analyzing product performance and deriving actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern BI tool (preferably Looker)
- Strong skills in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude
- Solid experience with Data Modeling using dbt
- Experience with Snowflake and LookML is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights from product data
- Monitor and analyze product and feature release performance, define success metrics, and recommend optimizations
- Develop in-depth domain knowledge to proactively inform product strategies and initiatives
- Analyze market data to identify customer behaviors and emerging trends
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to enhance customer journeys and product features
- Create and promote scalable, self-service analytics infrastructure for product teams
- Build intuitive dashboards and high-quality data visualizations to support decision-making
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product analytics or a similar role
- Effective communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at various levels
