The Postal Regulatory Commission needs a Data Analyst (Financial) to provide data analysis and visualization support, analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with the law.
Requirements
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with SQL and data querying is a plus.
- The incumbent must have the capability to maximize the use of products like Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Qlik, and other such applications as well as understand the needed structure and flow of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis and visualization support to the Senior Financial Data Manager.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance, optimize forecasting models, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Serves as the administrator internal financial management system.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
