Requirements

- Familiarity with financial concepts and business operations is beneficial.
- Coursework or background in data science, statistics, business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure high-quality data inputs.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support forecasting and business planning through data modeling and scenario analysis.
- Document data sources, definitions, and processes to support transparency and consistency.
- Provide actionable insights to management through data visualization and reporting tools.
Other
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, database management, or a related field; insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and streamline data collection processes.
- Assist in preparing quarterly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
