ITnova is seeking a Data Analyst to support the integration of the Kahua PMIS platform, focusing on data inventory, migration, mapping, and governance.
Requirements
- Experience in data management, data analysis, and data migration.
- Experience in data visualization and design and developing reports and dashboards and use of related tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience in using common data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Extensive experience working with process reengineering projects pertaining to workflows, systems configuration, and systems integration.
- Experience working with the Kahua construction management application.
- Some exposure or knowledge SaaS based cloud environments, network, cyber security protocol and systems integration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the technical designs, system configuration, data integration, and data migration requirements for the PA Engineering department.
- Assist in the review, planning, defining, and documenting the data analysis, data mapping, future data and technical design, systems integration, data migration and reporting and analytics.
- Conducting a full data inventory assessment to help identify, collect, and analyze data from various sources within the existing project systems using common data analysis tools Perform in-depth data analysis to assess and interpret the quality of the data.
- Create and design data models and provide interpretations of data analysis.
- Assist system architects, technical support teams, and 3rd party vendors in the system design, data migrations tools, data migration execution, support, and governance and security.
- Assist technical support teams in the preparation of data migration.
- Manage and validate the results of data migration.
Other
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10-years of demonstrated experience in data management, data analysis, and data migration.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills.
