Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries with joins and aggregations
- Expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data validation techniques
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms is preferred
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze healthcare provider and outreach data discrepancies, utilizing SQL, Excel, and other analysis tools
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to facilitate data extraction and analysis from multiple sources
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas to support operational needs
- Navigate internal database structures independently to extract and validate data
- Apply structured analytical approaches to resolve complex data challenges across multiple systems
- Translate technical data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
Other
- Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process strategy, healthcare data analysis, and data validation
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical findings into business insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
