Providence Health Plan is looking to improve its Risk Adjustment strategies through advanced data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making, ensure data accuracy, and drive performance and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of data analysis experience, or High School diploma/equivalent with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in data analysis at a decision-making level within a healthcare or related organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools, metrics, and reports to support strategic decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques
- Organize, prepare, and distribute complex operational reports utilizing multiple data systems and sources.
- Provide in-depth understanding of Risk Adjustment processes, models, and methodologies to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to produce comprehensive reports and analyses that inform leadership decision-making.
- Offer advanced analytical support to Finance and Risk Adjustment leadership to optimize performance and expected payments.
- Stay current with healthcare trends, Risk Adjustment regulations, and analytic techniques to ensure compliance and innovation.
