Transact + CBORD is seeking a Data Analyst to create dashboards and deliver insights that enable leaders to make data-driven decisions, focusing on improving how teams use data across multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Product.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred), or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills — able to explain data and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, support, product usage, and financial systems).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboard requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and leadership decisions
- Document dashboard processes, data sources, and business rules for long-term maintainability.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytics.
- Strong communication skills — able to explain data and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders.
