Requirements
- Experience with Python
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Power BI (build and maintain dashboards)
- Experience with R Studio (or equivalent)
- Experience with iCIMS and/or Workday (one or both)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel creating pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, business intelligence or financial analysis
Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI
- Use R Studio (or equivalent) for data analysis
- Create pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas in Microsoft Excel to analyze data
- Research, analyze, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe
- Work with sensitive and confidential people data in a global environment
- Use iCIMS and/or Workday (one or both) at a high level
Other
- 3-month contract position with the potential to extend for an additional month
- Remote role with CST/EST time zones preferred
- Ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe
