Search Wizards is seeking a Data Analyst to work with their client to analyze and visualize recruiting performance and trends, and to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition analytics with understanding of recruiting workflows, processes, and key performance metrics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and CTEs
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design
- Ability to apply data storytelling principles and visualization techniques to make insights understandable and engaging for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with ICIMs, including understanding of workflows and reporting capabilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and advanced formulas
- Experience with Python for data transformation and automation
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs for the Talent Acquisition Team’s Power BI dashboards
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and prepare data for analysis
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize recruiting performance and trends
- Present analytical findings through Power BI dashboards and PowerPoint presentations, making insights clear and compelling for non-technical audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and accuracy of metrics
