Partners Behavioral Healthcare needs to improve evidence-based decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to clinical services, program outcomes, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality improvement, operational efficiency, and reporting for 245G/245I licensed programs.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Experience working with EHRs (Procentive preferred), CRMs (HubSpot preferred), and cloud-based communication tools (Zoom Phone or similar).
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data cleaning/validation.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, or middleware for system integrations.
- Knowledge of state reporting platforms such as DAANES or Drug and Alcohol Abuse Normative Evaluation System.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from Procentive EHR, HubSpot CRM, Zoom Phone, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and integration processes.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for clinical, operational, revenue cycle, people, finance, and executive teams.
- Provide insights on key metrics including client engagement, outcomes, staff productivity, financial performance, and compliance.
- Track program outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client care and organizational performance.
- Support grant reporting, accreditation requirements, and state/federal compliance reporting.
- Translate data findings into actionable insights to improve care delivery, access, and client engagement.
