Partners Behavioral Healthcare needs to improve evidence-based decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to clinical services, program outcomes, and regulatory compliance to ensure quality improvement, operational efficiency, and reporting for 245G/245I licensed programs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Power BI (dashboard design, DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Experience working with EHRs (Procentive preferred), CRMs (HubSpot preferred), and cloud-based communication tools (Zoom Phone or similar).
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data cleaning/validation.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, or middleware for system integrations.
  • Knowledge of state reporting platforms such as DAANES or Drug and Alcohol Abuse Normative Evaluation System.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and validate data from Procentive EHR, HubSpot CRM, Zoom Phone, and other platforms.
  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and integration processes.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for clinical, operational, revenue cycle, people, finance, and executive teams.
  • Provide insights on key metrics including client engagement, outcomes, staff productivity, financial performance, and compliance.
  • Track program outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client care and organizational performance.
  • Support grant reporting, accreditation requirements, and state/federal compliance reporting.
  • Translate data findings into actionable insights to improve care delivery, access, and client engagement.

  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a related analytics role.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data integrity.
  • Mission-driven with sensitivity to the behavioral health field.
