Brook Inc is looking to advance its analytics capabilities by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business performance and patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Sigma.
  • Familiarity with ETL workflows; experience with Python and Snowflake strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, trend analysis, and data storytelling to support business and clinical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business narratives.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain analytics dashboards: Build, automate, and enhance reports and dashboards that track key business, clinical, and population health metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze business and operational performance: Use quantitative methods to identify trends, measure outcomes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Develop standardized reporting frameworks: Create consistent KPI definitions and reporting models across functions to ensure accurate and aligned performance tracking.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Partner Success to define key metrics, assess performance, and provide insights that inform strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize BI tools and workflows: Evaluate and improve the use of Sigma, Snowflake, and other BI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance: Work with Engineering to maintain a single source of truth for business and clinical data. Validate accuracy, document data models, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Automate reporting processes: Identify manual or repetitive workflows and implement automated pipelines to streamline delivery and improve accessibility of insights.

Other

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Business, or STEM); advanced degree a plus.
  • Proven experience developing BI solutions and dashboards in a high-growth or early-stage environment; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with teams in Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office.
