Identify, ingest, and operationalize data sets for reliability analysis, analyze data to develop health metrics and identify top detractors to reliability, and iterate on findings to validate hypotheses and refine insights.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, ELK)
  • Experience in data analytics
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

  • Identify, ingest, and operationalize data sets for reliability analysis.
  • Analyze data to develop health metrics and identify top detractors to reliability.
  • Iterate on findings to validate hypotheses and refine insights.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends and drivers of reliability within the program scope.
  • Create meaningful visualizations and comparisons using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and ELK stack.
  • Understand end-to-end metrics, including data pipelines, dependencies, and service-level indicators.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from senior managers and technical working groups.

Other

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations SMEs across the organization
  • Build compelling narratives around improvement opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to workshop and implement solutions (e.g., fixes, workarounds).
  • Monitor the impact of deployed solutions and continuously evolve analytical methods to support ongoing reliability improvements.
  • Prepare executive-level communications, including dashboards, presentations, and progress reports that highlight key wins and customer impact.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across TPX, Video and Entertainment Platforms, RDK Engineering, Network Engineering, CX, and Field Operations.
  • Provide consultative support to business and field teams to improve processes and customer experience.
