The ECHO Autism Communities program at the University of Missouri is seeking to demonstrate the effectiveness of ECHO Autism and advance best practices in autism care through quantitative analysis, data visualization, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Experience with data collection and analysis processes.
- Experience with data validation and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Experience maintaining data in REDCap and other systems.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience fulfilling routine and ad hoc data requests.
- Experience conducting statistical analyses (e.g., descriptive statistics, tests of change, ANOVA, MANOVA).
- Experience creating high-quality data visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.
- Verify, validate, and ensure completeness, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance of incoming data.
- Maintain high-quality data within REDCap and other systems to support program evaluation and research.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive program improvements.
- Fulfill routine and ad hoc data requests using standardized definitions and best practices.
- Conduct statistical analyses (e.g., descriptive statistics, tests of change, ANOVA, MANOVA).
- Create high-quality data visualizations to support research, reporting, and strategic priorities.
Other
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
- Work during the shift: 8am-5pm, M-F.
