TransCore (TRN) is seeking a Data Analyst to provide technical support for toll system operations, ensuring system stability and Key Performance Indicator compliance through data analytics, performance evaluations, and audits.
Requirements
- Possesses strong SQL and Reporting skills with a strong knowledge of database query, data retrieval, and data analysis.
- Proficient with MS Office suite and other related analytics tools.
- Proficient experience of data analytics, reporting, and auditing techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of hardware, software testing or test fundamentals.
- Automation or scripting skills.
- Power BI, Tableau, or related data visualization experience.
- General knowledge of MS Active Directory.
Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day technical support for all toll system operations including assisting the project and support teams with system triage and data analytics.
- Execution of periodic system performance evaluations and audits on a daily, weekly, or monthly cycles to ensure system stability and Key Performance Indicator compliance.
- Support deployment and maintenance teams for software related maintenance, facilitating system tuning parameters, and ensure post deployment issues are resolved given scheduled tests, data analytics, and evaluation of reports.
- Assist the project team during major system installation and commissioning activities from a test plan generation, execution, and reporting perspective.
- Provide project related data and reports to the project team to facilitate daily operations and reconciliation efforts to ensure system compliance.
- Execute daily, weekly, monthly system and special request analysis and audits.
