Renaissance, a global leader in pre-K–12 education technology, seeks a Data Analyst I to help ensure accurate data import into their educational products, supporting educators in creating personalized learning paths for students.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience writing scripts (SQL / Python), using tools such as Postman, SFTP
- Knowledge and experience with Renaissance products or educational technology, in particular eduCLIMBER
Responsibilities
- Support school districts in the overall data extract and import process into Renaissance products
- Complete manual data setup processes
- Perform quality control checks of data
- Respond to data support cases from customers requesting assistance
- Investigate data quality issues reported by customers
- Clearly communicate with customers providing status updates to reported issues
- Obtain, adjust, and validate data imported from other systems into Renaissance products

- Willingness to collaborate through active engagement with cross-functional Renaissance departments
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering or similar field; or equivalent combination of skills and experience
