UAB Hospital is looking to solve the problem of managing and overseeing all activities related to ACGME-accredited training programs and residents/fellows enrolled in these programs, specifically in the finance area of Graduate Medical Education (GME).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or a related field
- Two (2) years of related experience required
- Work experience may substitute for education requirement
Responsibilities
- To design, maintain, and troubleshoot the Graduate Medical Education (GME) database system, which contains data on resident demographics and detailed scheduling.
- To generate data files in a desired format that will be utilized by other departments and facilities.
- To understand external finance regulations related to GME and internal processes to be able to analyze internal data.
