Develop complex logical database designs, logical data models and relational data definitions in support of corporate and customer information systems requirements. Work closely with customers, vendors, business analysts and application development project teams to resolve information flow and content issues.
Requirements
- One (1) year work experience and knowledge of data quality assurance, data analysis, and data modeling required.
- Knowledge and understanding of one or more database management systems preferred.
- Must have a solid understanding of logical database design principles.
- Understand the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations.
- Utilize tools to monitor and mass update data changes.
- Execute data profiling and preventative procedures to improve data quality.
- Use technology to extract and analyze raw data.
Responsibilities

- Work with IT teams to ensure compliance.
- Gather and document the data needs of a project.
- Populate and reference data dictionary during any development activity.
- Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and physical data model.
- Develop and maintain the logical and physical data models.
