Requirements
- Working knowledge of data modeling tools and data warehouse design concepts
- Structured query language (sql) skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word
- Proven knowledge of healthcare operations and structure in an integrated delivery system
- Experience with database maintenance, analysis, development, report writing, configuration, testing, integration, and training
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
- Experience with data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity
Responsibilities
- Plans and facilitates the collecting of system and business requirements
- Analyzes the quality of data flowing within the system
- Documents data reconciliation strategies
- Conducts reconciliation activities in support of improving data quality
- Monitors systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity
- Applies both business knowledge and technical expertise to design, develop, and implement moderately complex Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
- Responsible for all database maintenance, analysis, development, report writing, configuration, testing, integration, and training
Other
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2 years recent relevant experience
- Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups
- Ability to set priorities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures
