Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, business intelligence tools, and enterprise resource planning systems
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and healthcare market research
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, payer contracts, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform strategic pricing analysis, including calculating gross and net revenue impacts associated with price changes and conducting scenario analyses
- Develop and maintain Charge Description Master (CDM) pricing models and analytics aligned with enterprise strategies and market data
- Support hospital CDM pricing development by assessing and recommending appropriate pricing strategies
- Evaluate the budget impact of proposed and implemented pricing changes
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership, providing insights, options, and recommendations based on analytic findings
- Manage CDM software as an administrator, including user management, reporting, and data reconciliation
- Investigate revenue fluctuations by collaborating with Revenue Integrity teams, clinical departments, and other stakeholders
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or revenue management
- 2-3 years of experience working within a healthcare or hospital setting
- Customer service orientation and ability to build effective working relationships
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work outcomes
