Microsoft's Business Accelerated Solutions (BAS) team within the Business Industry Copilot organization is looking to build the next generation of copilots and intelligent data agents to empower key business decisions through data-driven insights and automation, revolutionizing how data is engineered, analyzed, and activated using generative AI to drive business and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PowerBI, AzureDataExplorer, Grifana or other data visualization tools.
- Experience in Product led growth analytics.
- Experience in AI-driven analytics.
Responsibilities
- This role demands a blend of data analyst and reporting skills to contribute towards product led growth analytics for the Microsoft copilot studio product.
- Develop a grasp of business processes, evolving data landscapes, and data lineage across multiple domains.
- Identify connections between first and third-party data sources to inform infrastructure and analytical frameworks.
- Apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business questions, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in evaluating and testing data models, incorporating feedback to improve performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, interpret insights, and communicate findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Ensure results are accessible and tailored to audience needs.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
