Cambium Assessment needs to integrate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support decision-making processes across various departments, and to ensure seamless operations and data integrity through the setup, deployment, configuration, and monitoring of multiple data systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other database tools.
- Strong data management, analysis, and quantitative skills.
- Experience in setting up, deploying, configuring, and monitoring multiple data systems.
- Databases, SQL query development, and scripting languages (Python, R, or others)
Responsibilities
- Integrate data from multiple datasets, examine and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to stakeholders.
- Configure, deploy, and monitor various data systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide management with timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports and reviews of data analyses.
- Create innovative solutions to address complex data analysis requests, enhancing decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of additional information system projects as necessary.
- Verify and ensure data quality and integrity to support accurate analysis and reporting.
- Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and system configurations.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience; or a Master’s Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly organize and document complex concepts.
- Ability to apply innovative and resourceful solutions to solve data challenges and meet project goals.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
