Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Databricks
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices
- Knowledge of Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation
- Experience with data source management and troubleshooting data anomalies
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and enhance existing Power BI dashboards and daily reporting mechanisms for accurate and timely data delivery
- Manage and update Databricks data sources, ensuring data reliability, accuracy, and consistency
- Identify and resolve data anomalies such as missing sales data or segmentation discrepancies to ensure data integrity
- Support marketing initiatives by sourcing target data, tracking campaign progress, and reporting on key success metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to develop compelling data-driven stories that improve visibility into sales and marketing performance
- Apply technical expertise to uncover insights using SQL, Python, and PySpark that drive commercial growth
- Translate complex datasets into visualizations and business recommendations using Power BI and Alteryx
Other
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales Enablement, SMB Marketing, and Sales teams to facilitate data sharing and insights
- Identify, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities to measure ROI and performance
- Generate qualified leads and provide data insights to support pipeline development and growth strategies
