Responsibilities
- Analyze health management programs including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement
- Work with financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, member data, and various reporting requirements such as IRS, CMS, HHSC, HEDIS
- Perform internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis
- Conduct trend analysis across healthcare management functions
- Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, SQL, Business Objects, and direct database links (ODS/EDW)
- Produce reports for senior management and internal/external stakeholders
- Execute data changes and update core systems as needed
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of statistical or data analysis experience, or 1+ year of related IT experience including data warehouse, coding, or ETL
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Manage multiple projects and timelines while communicating risks and issues to management regularly
- Assist with training junior Data Analysts
