Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured analyses.
Responsibilities
- Partner with FP&A, People, Accounting and Business Operations teams to design and deliver reporting and analyses that support operational and strategic decisions.
- Build dashboards and recurring reporting for areas like financial performance, recruiting funnel health, and employee experience metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer high-priority questions from G&A leadership, translating results into actionable insights.
- Maintain and improve data models that support G&A reporting, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively, tailoring outputs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop subject matter expertise in G&A functions while building trusted relationships with partners.
Other
- 2–3 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a similar role; experience supporting G&A teams (Finance, HR/People, Business Ops) is a plus.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity with the drive to explore beyond the direct requirements
- Effective communication skills, with experience presenting insights to stakeholders.
