At TreviPay, the business problem is to simplify complex data problems into actionable insights and provide choice and convenience to buyers, open new markets and automate accounts receivables.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Sisense, JasperSoft, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Experience working with large-scale/complex datasets and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to learn and use additional analytics tools as needed.
  • Experience in analyzing segments of data or utilizing tools to identify and explain patterns, trends, and/or process improvements.
  • Professional experience and academic training in advanced analytics.
  • Experience in Data Mining using Python, R, SAS, or other analytics software, and familiarity with the following libraries: pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels.
  • Finance or Payments industry background.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain analytics systems that simplify complex data problems into actionable insights.
  • Translate business requirements into technical data queries and reporting solutions
  • Engage as a consulting partner for the lifecycle of data-driven projects, decision support, and maintain strong relationships across departments.
  • Create and maintain interactive data visualizations using multiple data sources, helping decision-makers understand key metrics and KPIs.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Contribute to improving data quality, governance, and reporting standards.
  • Extract, cleanse, merge, and analyze data from varied internal and external sources.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related academic field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience supporting Data Warehouse analysis and requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a highly analytical environment performing complex business analyses, generating data-driven insights, and presenting findings to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • In-office presence 3 days per week in Overland Park, KS.
