Requirements
- 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
- SQL
- MS-Excel
- MS-Access
- Business Objects
- Direct database links (ODS/EDW)
Responsibilities
- Analyze health management programs including data collection, validation, and outcome measurement.
- Work with financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data.
- Prepare IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting.
- Conduct internal data cleansing and reconciliation analysis.
- Perform trend analysis in various healthcare management areas.
- Create and generate reports using MS-Excel, MS-Access, SQL, Business Objects, and direct database links (ODS/EDW).
- Execute data changes and update core systems as needed.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines; communicate risks and issues to management.
- Assist with training lower level Data Analysts.
