Keller Postman is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support their Intake team by designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards, performing analyses to improve client experience, developing predictive models for case signup volume and staffing, and conducting productivity analyses to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must have Workforce Management analysis experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role.
- Strong experience with Sigma Computing or a similar cloud-based BI tool (Sigma preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with relational databases and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, and effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Query.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support leadership, Intake, and legal operations teams.
- Perform analyses to drive insights and improve client experience across the client journey.
- Develop predictive models to forecast case signup volume and staffing requirements to maintain optimal service levels
- Conduct productivity analyses to evaluate Intake team performance and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive strategic planning and daily decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used in reports and analyses.
