The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), State Procurement Office (SPO) is seeking a Data Analyst Intermediate to build and maintain reports and dashboards, lead reporting user group meetings, identify new opportunities to leverage data, and serve as a primary point of contact for audits, website management, and records management.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced data manipulation
- Data analytics and query building (including SQL)
- Developing effective monitoring and reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Leading enterprise level e-Procurement system reporting - prioritizing, developing, and releasing new reports and queries for the system
- compilation, management, and distribution of multiple reports utilized for strategic decision making within SPO
- report building and data analytics in response to Public Records Requests
- Lead the development and release of new reports and queries within the e-Procurement system

- Collaborate with vendors on system modifications, including testing and TAG deployments
