Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Understanding of lead lifecycle, segmentation, or marketing automation platforms is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Audit CRM and marketing automation contact records to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
- Clean, organize, and normalize contact fields such as job title, industry, and geography.
- Document data cleaning processes and present a before/after snapshot of database health.
- Analyze the lead journey and scoring to identify qualified lead patterns and improvement opportunities.
- Segment the audience based on demographic, behavioral, and engagement data.
- Build audience profiles and personas to support campaign strategy.
- Develop reports and visualizations summarizing segmentation and lead journey insights.

- Pursuing bachelor's degree in data analytics, business or marketing preferred.
