The Data Analyst Intern will support the Analytics team in providing insights that drive pricing strategy, store performance, and sales trends across Edible Brands’ diverse portfolio of brands.
Requirements
- Exposure to Excel, SQL , Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data in an academic, internship, or project-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with building, maintaining, and validating pricing models across multiple business lines (e.g., Edible Arrangements, Rōti , Amazon, B2B).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches by analyzing costs, margins, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct data cleaning, validation, and organization to ensure accuracy of pricing and sales reports.
- Help monitor cost fluctuations (e.g., fruit, chocolate, packaging) and prepare data to recommend adjustments.
- Support seasonal and holiday sales analyses, including item-level performance reviews and forecasting.
- Develop reporting dashboards and ad hoc analyses to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Contribute to project-based initiatives that improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities.
Other
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate or graduate studies in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
