The Customer Success department at OneStream is seeking a motivated intern to join the Customer Experience (CX) team with a passion for data analysis and customer insights. This internship offers hands-on experience in analyzing key CX metrics, mapping customer journeys, and developing dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Familiar with Data Science, Survey Design and Metrics, and Journey Mapping Methodology.
- Familiar with SaaS platforms and recurring revenue models
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel and other advanced tools.

Responsibilities
- Metrics Gathering and Performance Analysis. Track, visualize and interpret key customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, OSAT, CES, CLTV, churn rates, adoption curves and renewal trends.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Office (CXO) Team to design behavioral tracking mechanisms that support continuous improvement
- Customer Journey Insights. Map and analyze customer touchpoints across the SaaS platform to identify friction points. Advocate for data-driven improvements.
- Work with Voice of the Customer (VoC) Strategy Director to contribute to identify and build segmentation and personal analysis to support targeted lifecycle strategies
- Reporting & Dashboards. Assist building and maintaining Dashboards within an EFM system to provide clear visibility of Metrics to OneStream Stakeholders. Prepare recurring reports and deep-dive analyses to inform CX Strategy
- Partners with CSM’s and other departments to gather frontline insights and translate them into strategic resource updates
- Support the creation of standardized reporting and self-serve analytic tools.

- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Undergraduate students preferred (graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027).
