The company is looking for a Data Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, analyze data, and build reports to drive informed business decisions and create real business value from data.
Requirements
- Power Bi

- Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization.
- Good knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) to query, analyze, and manipulate data for testing purposes.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and document data requirements, including validation criteria and acceptance thresholds for new data features or pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure data alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports that transform data into clear, digestible insights to drive informed business decisions.
- Gather and integrate complex data inputs from multiple internal and external sources.
- Identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives.
- Provide insights and guidance to stakeholders on trends and key drivers, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
- Work with Data Engineer to assess business needs, prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion.
- Drive clarity or requirements and ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements.
- Define & Support processes to improve data quality, including: Frequency of data collection, Consistency (normalization), Automation of data gathering activities, Validation of datasets to confirm Source and Databricks datasets match
