MERIEUX NUTRISCIENCES is looking for a Data Analyst Jr. ETL Developer to be responsible for all data activities for the MXNS North America region, ensuring data drives the start of all their activities.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle PL SQL experience
  • ETL knowledge
  • Knowledge of RestFul APIs and web services
  • Data Modeling and Data Warehouse expertise
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all data activities from system implementations, migrations, data loads, support, including EDI projects, interface optimization and support, etc.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and the ability to analyze, document and organize large amounts of data.
  • Conduct independent analysis of internal databases, source systems, and flat files to identify significant data, data entry errors, and data relationships.
  • Document on-going information architecture; mapping changes and updates. Build traceability matrixes or features and functionality.
  • Query data components using SQL and/or other means to retrieve desired data and create reports.
  • Consult with business users to gather information about data needs, objectives, functions and input to develop functional requirements and provide support during.
  • Business planning of new process solutions.

  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a team environment communicates effectively across a variety of stakeholder groups
  • Self-motivated, proactive and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong documentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Support the Business Development team on meetings, demos and training.
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required for site visits, IT audits, collaboration workshops, and training sessions.
