Requirements
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are second nature)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or LMS reporting
- Data cleaning, auditing, and visualization skills
- Familiarity with accreditation or CE program reporting is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Work with LMS (Learning Management System) and CRM (Salesforce) data
- Analyze Continuing Education (CE) program metrics
- Turn information into clear insights that guide strategy, accreditation, and program growth
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, Education Tech, or related field
- Experience in data analysis or reporting
- Ability to thrive in an environment where priorities can shift and flexibility is key
