Sedgwick is looking to hire a Data Analyst Manager to manage a staff of data analysts, develop complex reports, analyze company data, and serve as a technical resource for data analysis and benchmarking issues.
Requirements
Four (4) years statistical analysis required.
Responsibilities
Develops complex reports and analyze company data including Corporate or client specific data
Serve as a technical resource for company staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues
Provide training and data analysis education for program staff
Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices
Develops comprehensive, complex and accurate information reports including OSHA reporting for a specific client
Creates complex data reports and provides analysis for forecasting and/or benchmarking used by senior management
Obtains, analyzes and provides appropriate feedback on company or client specific information needs
Other
Manages a staff of data analysts including project assignment and workflow.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years business experience in an insurance related field
