CLA is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Manager/Director to join their Digital team to lead the answering of business questions, creation of dashboards, and uncovering insights from internal and external data.
Requirements
- Experience* using Microsoft applications including Excel (2016 and Power Query M and DAX languages), Power BI, Power Apps, Alteryx.
- Experience* using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Specific experience in Health Care or Senior Living
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead external and internal projects involving the collection and analysis of data using a variety of data tools.
- Building and implementing of models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Collaborate with others on the Data Analytics team to develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Develop predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques.
- Develop tools to monitor and analyze solution performance and accuracy, and communicate findings to team members.
- Clean up data for analysis or visual display in a report or dashboard, and/or works out details regarding data access to support a project.
