Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building and maintaining BI reports using tools like Tableau or Mode
- 4 years of regular SQL experience for data querying and analysis
- 2 years of experience in channel optimization, either directly or indirectly
- Foundational understanding of data architecture and data management best practices
- Experience in building API integrations and managing data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python for generating insights and supporting organizational decision-making
- Experience with classification models, general linear models, ML pipelines, statistical techniques such as difference-in-difference, and A/B testing methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and frameworks to monitor and visualize KPIs effectively
- Identify opportunities to empower marketing teams with data and tools to improve performance and decision-making
- Design, build, and maintain core ETL pipelines and data tables for ongoing analytics needs
- Conduct incremental lift experiments, such as field tests, to evaluate upper funnel channels
- Build and maintain marketing signals within dbt and other data modeling tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models and optimize marketing strategies
- Involved in data modeling, developing core data pipelines, and creating data tools such as dashboards and metrics management systems
Other
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, preferably at well-established firms or high-growth startups
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence roles
- Communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders, influencing channel managers to take data-driven actions
