Requirements
- Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and dbt
- Hands-on experience with online marketing tools such as automation marketing platforms (preferred - Braze), media platforms, and testing tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business questions into structured analyses
- Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and reporting structures
Responsibilities
- Design and develop internal dashboards
- Generate insightful reports
- Optimize marketing activities
- Lead testing and experimentation activities, building testing roadmaps, and analyzing results to inform future strategies
- Propose and implement data and system enhancements to improve cross-channel coordination, targeting, segmentation, and personalization efforts
- Create innovative dashboards and reports that provide clear, at-a-glance insights into campaign performance across customer segments
- Collaborate with Data Engineering & Data Science teams to optimize data models in Snowflake and explore AI/ML integration opportunities in reporting
Other
- 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics or business intelligence
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of simplifying technical details for diverse audiences
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience mentoring analysts and fostering a growth-oriented environment
