DOOR is seeking to enhance its marketing analytics capabilities to inform strategic decisions, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve overall ROI by hiring a Marketing Data Analyst.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio for website performance tracking and reporting
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CVR, retention, and LTV
  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly in marketing-to-revenue attribution
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and validating event tracking, funnels, and dashboards
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for data quality and insights
  • Experience collaborating with paid media and lifecycle marketing teams to improve channel performance
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign analysis

Responsibilities

  • Analyze paid media performance across platforms like Google and Meta to identify opportunities for improving CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Lead event tracking and conversion setup utilizing GA4 and GTM; ensure measurement frameworks are accurate and reliable
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker and GA4, highlighting key performance metrics related to web traffic, user flow, and campaign health
  • Monitor website and funnel analytics to identify drop-off points, providing insights for website improvements and conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Support reporting on email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing performance, including retention trends, cohort analysis, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support strategic decisions with clean, actionable data insights
  • Interpret results from campaign tests, A/B experiments, and audience segmentation efforts to inform future marketing strategies

Other

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics, supporting both D2C and B2B environments
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders
