SmartFinancial is looking to generate high-quality leads and achieve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals through the development, management, analysis, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with various marketing channels including digital advertising, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Demonstrated success in launching, analyzing, and scaling profitable lead generation campaigns
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Structure and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics regularly
- Identify and implement strategic adjustments to maximize campaign efficiency and profitability
- Uncover key insights into campaign scale, profit drivers, and customer behavior
- Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to meet CPA and lead generation targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge

- Proven experience in managing and analyzing marketing campaigns, preferably within financial services or insurance sectors
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
