Progressive is looking to hire a mid or senior data analyst to focus on quantitative analysis, working with internal customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with peers, presenting unique findings to leadership, and implementing solutions. The role will provide analytics and reporting for contact center operations, answer complex business questions, and focus on automation and data validation to improve efficiencies and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL, including the ability to create and troubleshoot complex programming
- Experience maintaining Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards; willingness to learn how to develop Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards
- Knowledge of Snowflake, git/GitHub, dbt, and Python preferred but not required

Other
- A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
- Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience.
- This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to lead/manage multiple projects simultaneously and experience influencing leadership decisions
