To support missionary training efforts by providing operational insights to increase efficiency and effectiveness, solving complicated problems using technology, partnering with Research and Evaluation in providing analysis and insights that help missionary training efforts scale and support the strategic goals of the Missionary Department.
Requirements
- Experience with data processing software (such as Tableau, SQL, R, PowerApps, Python, etc.)
- Experience with data-driven decision making
- Data science experience
Responsibilities
- Using analytics tools (R, Python, SQL), analyzes missionary training data from programs in PowerApps to determine use and effectiveness of training and provide visualizations of findings in Tableau.
- Synthesizes complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Develops processes and reporting to measure the outputs, outcomes, and impact of training.
- May use programming languages to develop technology solutions for online training.
- Provides transparency, insights, and recommendations to inform operational decision-making and planning.
- Evaluates onboarding experience and tools to effectively train leaders, tutors, mentors, teachers, and training coordinators on necessary knowledge and skills.
- Partners with MTC Research and Evaluation on key outcome efforts.
