Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and DBT
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Redash, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of complex ETL systems and data pipelines
- Exceptional attention to detail in organizing, analyzing, and vetting large datasets
- Experience with automation tools and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows
- Proficiency in data management, data analysis, or data operations
- Experience with data quality assessments and presenting findings to customers
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Commercial team to understand customer data usage and design data solutions that facilitate seamless access and analysis
- Manage end-to-end data product releases, including task prioritization and cross-functional team coordination to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and implement strategic product improvements aimed at maximizing data quality and business impact
- Build and optimize systems to proactively monitor data quality at each pipeline stage, performing root cause analysis and scalable solutions
- Investigate anomalous data trends to determine whether they indicate data quality issues or real-world events
- Act as the first responder for data issues and inquiries, educating stakeholders on data definitions and nuances
- Maintain and update QA tests and dashboards to streamline ongoing quality assurance processes

- 5+ years of experience in data-focused roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder management experience and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
