Sharecare is looking to ensure the integrity and quality of client data within their virtual health platform, requiring a Payor Data Analyst to manage and oversee datasets for reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day processing of incoming client data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and team inquiries related to data issues
- Generate and analyze reports for internal teams and external clients to support decision-making
- Assist with data collection, entry, processing, and system delivery to ensure data integrity
- Identify data gaps or shortfalls and collaborate with data and development teams to address and resolve issues
- Propose and implement solutions to maintain business continuity and data quality standards
- Provide operational support to payor engagement managers regarding client data needs

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant experience in data analysis or related fields
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to demonstrate conscious leadership
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, providers, and internal teams
- Willingness and ability to travel within the United States as needed
