Sharecare is looking to ensure the accurate management and quality control of client datasets, maintain data integrity, support data submission and ingestion, and ensure compliance with governance standards for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of incoming client data on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and accurate data handling
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and team inquiries related to data issues
- Generate and analyze reports for internal stakeholders and external clients to support decision-making
- Assist in data collection, entry, processing, and system integration activities
- Identify data shortfalls and collaborate with data and development teams to address gaps and improve data quality
- Propose and implement solutions to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency
- Provide operational support to payor engagement managers regarding client data needs
Other
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant experience considered
