Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL or similar programming languages for data querying and manipulation
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Ability to manage large datasets
- Ability to conduct data quality assessments
- Ability to support data governance initiatives
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming client data on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Generate and analyze reports for internal teams and external clients to support decision-making
- Assist in data collection, entry, processing, and system delivery to ensure data integrity
- Identify data shortfalls and collaborate with data and development teams to address gaps and improve data quality
- Propose and implement solutions to maintain business continuity and operational efficiency
- Develop, review, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Maintain mastery of all internal and external data sources and reporting tools
Other
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus in Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills for conveying insights to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness and ability to travel within the United States as needed
