Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL with experience transforming data within databases such as Snowflake
- Experience with data analysis programming languages, preferably Python
- Hands-on experience building dashboards using visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Strong understanding of HR systems such as Workday or Greenhouse for report building
- Experience with data pipelines and governance processes
- Familiarity with data modeling and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing Workday and Looker dashboards, proactively implementing improvements for scalability and sustainability
- Audit data pipelines regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Snowflake
- Design, develop, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analyses that translate data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders
- Extract, transform, and prepare data for advanced modeling and statistical analysis
- Adhere to data governance standards, ensuring compliance with security and sharing protocols
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes to support organizational growth and efficiency
- Respond promptly to reporting requests through established ticketing systems
Other
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics or related field; Master's degree in a relevant discipline plus at least 1 year of experience
